DIRT Crew is the next step after SEED Crew.
You have planted the seed, so get to know your surroundings.
DIRT Crew is focused on growing leadership and knowledge in agriculture, food justice, and community engagement. Through hands-on activities, youth develop their skills and ability to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
What DIRT Crew Does...

Agriculture: Youth deepen their knowledge of agricultural practices through hands-on farm tasks and coordinated lessons.

Leadership Development: Youth develop their communication and problem-solving abilities through structured learning and real-world experiences.

Community Engagement: Crew members volunteer for other organizations, such as the Indy Winter Market or other farms, and lead presentations at special events.
Summer Peer Lead
During the summer, the DIRT Crew takes on a leadership role by mentoring the SEED Crew. This allows them to put their skills into action as peer leaders, guiding and teaching others while continuing to grow as community leaders.
